1. Return Policy

At Freeboy, we want you to enjoy a safe and satisfying shopping experience.

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are not accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Include all original accessories (charger, keys, tools, hardware, etc.)
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products from unauthorized resellers
  • Human-caused damage
  • Special order products
  • Free gifts or giveaways
  • Promotional accessories
  • After-sales accessories (please confirm compatibility before purchase)

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • A standard €200 shipping fee per e-scooter may apply for non-defective returns
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted

6. Refund Conditions

✔ Quality Issues

  • Full refund or replacement available
  • Free return shipping provided (if applicable)

✔ Customer Remorse (No quality issue)

  • €200 shipping fee applies per item
  • Applies to:
    • No longer needed
    • Wrong item purchased
    • Not satisfied after delivery

✔ Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: full refund, no fees
  • After shipment: €200 cancellation fee per scooter

✔ Lost or Undelivered Package

  • Full refund or free reshipment

7. Defective Products

Within 7 Days:

  • Free replacement or full refund
  • Applies to: damage, wrong item, or product defects

After 7 Days:

  • Return not accepted
  • Repair guidance will be provided

📌 Proof (photos or videos) is required for evaluation.

8. Address Changes

Once the e-scooter is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

9. Refused Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery:

  • €200 return shipping fee will be charged per scooter
  • If re-shipping is required, an additional €200 fee applies

10. Batteries

  • Return fee: €100 per battery
  • Only unused batteries are eligible for return
  • Used batteries are non-returnable

11. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting returned items:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • PayPal refunds: up to 48 hours
  • Credit card refunds: 7–14 business days (depending on bank)
