At Freeboy, we are committed to providing reliable products and excellent after-sales support. All Freeboy electric scooters are brand-new factory products and come with a warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your product experiences a non-human-related issue during the warranty period, Freeboy will provide replacement parts free of charge.

After the warranty period expires, customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping fees.

Please note that second-hand products, modified scooters, and damage caused by improper use are not covered under warranty.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
  • Accidents, collisions, misuse, or improper operation
  • Water damage or liquid exposure
  • Damage caused by force majeure
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or surface marks
  • Consumable parts, including tires, brake pads, grips, plastic parts, brake cables, and other wearing components

3. How to Apply for Warranty
